Travis Jace Evans, 34, of Okay, OK, passed away on Friday, April 15, 2022.
Travis was born on April 26, 1987, in Hanford, CA, to Penny Marie Smith (Webb) and Clifton Jace Evans.
Travis worked as a contractor. He loved to fish, spend time with his kids, and ride his motorcycle. He was born in California but spent most of his life in Oklahoma. He was a very reliable man with a heart of gold.
Survivors include his children, Addily Lou Marie Evans, Misciya Travis Jace Evans, Keyin Laverne Shyne Evans, and Bricey Emma Ree Evans; siblings, Larry Tyler Barnett, Matthew Ryan Evans, and Jakob Riley Thompson; aunts, Tammy Johnson, Jackie Watts, and Sue Sanders; great-aunt, Joyce Wiseheart; uncles, Bobby Johnson and Robert Sanders; special friend, Brittany Keim; cousins, Jordan Johnson, Josh Bishop, and many others.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Penny Marie Smith, and his father, Clifton Jace Evans.
A visitation for Travis will be held on Thursday, April 21, 2022, from 5-8 PM in the chapel of Forever Memories Funeral Services in Sallisaw.
A funeral service will follow on Friday, April 22, 2022, at 2 PM in the chapel of Forever Memories Funeral Services in Sallisaw.
Casket bearers will be Larry Tyler Barnett, Matthew Ryan Evans, and Jakob Riley Thompson.
