Bessie Juanita Lovett, 86, of Gore, Oklahoma,  passed away on August 6, 2026, in Muskogee, Oklahoma. . She was born in Qualls, Oklahoma on March 31, 1940 to Nettie Rogers and Loyd Callison. She grew up in the Blackgum-Gore area, she graduated from Gore High School in 1958. Bessie never met a stranger, she loved her neighbor’s dog just as much as her own two, Blue and Susie. She loved attending Epic Church in Gore, Oklahoma. Her family describes cooking as Bessie’s greatest passion, she owned more than 3,000 cookbooks. She also enjoyed gardening and especially growing flowers.

She is survived by her children, Ginger and Keith Pack, Terry and Dale Clayton, and Danny and Estha Allen; her grandchildren, Joseph Pack and Angela Wooten; 4 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Bessie was preceded in death by her parents, Nettie Rogers and Loyd Callison; her sister, Agnes Foreman: and her brother, Joe Callison.

 Bessie Juanita Lovett will be remembered for her presence and the mark she made on those around her.

Her legacy endures in the memories she leaves behind.
