Beverly Ann Phillips, 55, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, passed away on February 8, 2023, in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
Beverly was born to Gordon and Janett Rees on March 8, 1967, in Miami, Florida. She was raised in Buffalo, New York.
She graduated from Canisius College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She was a counselor for many years.
Beverly is preceded in death by her father Gordon Rees.
Beverly is survived by her spouse Keith Aaron Phillips, their three children Lydia Paige Phillips, Lyndsey Nichole Phillips, Lia Michelle Phillips, and her mother, Janett Rees.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, from 1 to 8 PM at Forever Memories Funeral Services, 463505 Hwy 101 in Sallisaw, OK.
Interment to follow at 11:00 AM on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at Sallisaw City Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
