James David Martin, 55, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, passed away in Fort Smith, Arkansas, on June 02, 2023. James was born in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, to James William Martin and Audrey Arlene Followell on March 22, 1968. He was proudly involved in law enforcement for many years. When he was not serving his community, he enjoyed boating, fishing, and flying aircraft.
James is survived by his children, Lauren King, Lindsey Martin, and Danny Martin. His siblings, Anthony Martin, Jerry Martin, Stuart Martin, Linda Hopkins, and Wanda Brinlee, and his two grandchildren.
James is preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at Forever Memories Funeral Services.
