Deanna Kathleen Diffee, a bright and cherished soul, passed away on May 14, 2025, in Vian, Oklahoma, at the age of 42. Born on August 23, 1982, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, Deanna was known for her infectious laughter and positive spirit that could light up any room She was a true flower child, embodying a hippy heart and a good nature that touched everyone she met. Gifted with a generous spirit, she would give the shirt off her back to anyone in need, reflecting her kind heart and good intentions.
Deanna's zest for life was palpable. She reveled in the simple joys, whether it was taking her beloved dog to the lake or spending quality time with her friends and family. Her warmth and laughter made her the life of the party, creating lasting memories for those around her. One special memory that glows brightly is Mother's Day 2025, a day filled with love and celebration, showcasing the beautiful bond she shared with her children.
Deanna was a proud mother who dedicated herself wholeheartedly to her children: Breanna Diffee, Benjamin Diffee, and Sayleigh Vann. She found her greatest joy in them, celebrating every accomplishment and embracing every moment they shared. She also leaves behind a loving family, including her sisters, Renee Foster and Nicole Duty and brother-in-law Rick Duty, as well as her brothers Mitchell Diffee, and Mark Smith. Her extended family includes her niece Paige Lynn Diffee and her nephews Ryan Allen Diffee and Derrick Duty.
Deanna was preceded in death by her father Harold Dean Diffee, her mother Shirley Raye Perkins Diffee, and her son Noah Benjamin Cheater. They welcomed her with open arms, and she carries their love with her always.
A visitation to honor Deanna will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with the family greeting from 4:00-8:00 P.M. at Forever Memories Funeral Services, Sallisaw, OK. A funeral service will follow on Thursday, May 22, 2025, starting at 2:00 PM, also at the same location.
