Fredrick Wayne Gallagher, a devoted family man, Navy veteran, and skilled factory worker, passed away on June 7, 2026, in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Born on August 11, 1946, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, Fredrick lived a life marked by hard work, dedication, and a deep love for those close to him.
Fredrick’s career as a factory worker at Baldor spanned many years, where he was known for his commitment and steady presence. Beyond his professional accomplishments, he was a man who cherished simple pleasures and the joy of good company. He was especially renowned among his loved ones for making the best fried eggs, a culinary talent that symbolized his love of food and amazing cooking.
A Navy veteran, Fredrick served his country with honor. At home, he nurtured a passion for gardening, finding solace and satisfaction in tending to his plants. He was an ardent fan of The Razorbacks, passionately cheering for his favorite team. His many hobbies also included fishing, where he often spent tranquil hours, and playing golf on the Wii, a pastime that brought lighthearted fun to his days. Fredrick also enjoyed relaxing with a Miller High Life, a small indulgence that he appreciated.
Fredrick’s greatest joy came from spending time with his family, especially his beloved great-grandchildren. His warmth, humor, and gentle spirit enriched their lives immeasurably.
He is lovingly survived by his wife, Cynthia Gallagher; his son, Jonathan Gallagher; and his grandchildren, Nikki Jones, Casey Wann, Dakota Jones, Austen Gallagher, Breanna Pulliam, and Taryn Gallagher. His great-grandchildren, who brought him immense joy, include Heaven Mithlo, Serenity Mithlo, Coby Wann, Dallas Wann, Brylee Masterson, and Maddox Pulliam.
Fredrick was preceded in death by his parents, Maudie and Charles Gallagher; his brothers, Gene and Bill Gallagher; his daughter-in-law, Lisa Gallagher; and his great-grandchild, Bellamy Mithlo.
Fredrick Wayne Gallagher’s life was one of humble dedication, warmth, and love. He leaves behind a legacy of treasured memories and a family bound closely by his enduring spirit. Those who knew him will remember a man who enjoyed life’s simple pleasures and who held his family in the highest regard. His presence will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered.
