Gary Lee Noe

Gary Lee Noe, 64, of Webbers Falls, passed away on August 4, 2026, in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Born on July 27, 1962, in Los Angeles, California, to Harold and Rachel Noe. Gary grew up in California,  where he played ice hockey until the age of sixteen, when he moved to the Oklahoma-Arkansas area. Gary joined the Army National Guard at 17. He married Carolyn (Youngblood) in 1985 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Gary loved fishing (mainly, catfishing) and spending time with his grandchildren. He enjoyed the thrill of skydiving, with over 100 jumps under his belt.

Gary is survived by his wife, Carolyn, of the home; his children, Cris Noe and wife, Nicole, of Talahina, OK, Emily Murch and husband, William, of  Gore, OK, Gary Dalton Noe, of the home, and Shyla Rader of Fort Smith, AR; and 9 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Gary Lee Noe II; and his granddaughter, Ember Sallee.

No services are planned. Arrangements for Gary have been entrusted to Forever Memories Funeral Services, 463505 Hwy 101, Sallisaw, Oklahoma.

Gary Lee Noe’s memory will continue to inspire all who had the honor of knowing him. His life serves as a testament to the enduring impact of kindness and integrity, no matter where the journey begins or ends. May he rest in peace.
