Helen Ann Taylor, 62, of Sallisaw, died on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at OU Medical Center in OKC. Helen was born on June 12, 1953 in Guthrie, OK to Leonard Ray and Mary Helen (McKenzie) Coburn. Helen was a Health Care provider.Helen was preceded in death by her father, 2 sisters-Sandy Countryman and Linda Hillman and 1 brother Glendale Moore.Helen is survived by 3 sons; Jimmie Walker, Justin Walker and his wife-Misty and Jeremy Walker all of Sallisaw. Mother-Mary Helen Day, 4 sisters; Patsy Price, Beverly Day, Brenda Day and Mary Hartt. Brother-Bobby Day. 10 grandchildren.Visitation will be Friday, May 20, 2016 from 2-8 p.m. at Forever Memories Funeral Services. Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 21, 2016 at Akins Cemetery with Wayne Holmes officiating.Services are under the direction of Forever Memories Funeral Services of Sallisaw, OK.
