Jacob Don Harp, 27, died on Sunday Dec 9, 2018 at his home in Muldrow. Jacob was born on Sept 20, 1991 to Cynthia Danyelle Harp and Miguel Zaragoza. He leaves to mourn his passing, his parents; 1 son, Channing Harp; one brother, Crayton Zaragoza; sisters, Izabella and August Zaragoza, Monica, Rosie, and Elizabeth Garris, Mary Gray, Cindy Swain, and Cathy Owens; grandmother, Connie Wood and grandfather, Jim Wood; grandfather, Harry Lee (Butch) Harp; two half brothers, Mike Garris and Albert Garris Jr.; Uncles, Jimmie Wood Jr. and Daniel Harp; and several nieces and nephews.Jacob was preceded in death by his adopted mom/great grandmother, Carolyn Garris; great grandfather, Albert Leon Garris; and brothers, Rickey and Donnie Garris.Funeral services for Jacob Harp will be held on Friday, Dec 14, 2018, at 2pm in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel of the Forever Memories Funeral Service, 463505 Hwy 101, Sallisaw, OK. Pastor Anthony Williams will officiate. Burial will follow in the Brent Cemetery, Sallisaw.Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Forever Memories Funeral Service, Sallisaw, OK.
