James Woodrow Laymon, infant son of Kaitlynn (Meek) Lamb and Ode Laymon of Sallisaw, passed from this life on Friday September 1, 2017 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He is survived by his parents; 2 brothers Grayson, and Carson of the home; great-grandmothers Wanda Woolf and Allene Laymon of Sallisaw; great-grandparents Fern and James Henderson of Sallisaw, Shirley and Ronald Meek of Long Town, Oklahoma; grandparents Jamie and Richard Meek and Tina and Phillip Laymon all of Sallisaw; 4 aunts Kelsi Meek of Stilwell, Oklahoma, Bryttanie Laymon of Roland, Oklahoma, and Courtney and Travis Carter of Sallisaw, and Nicole and Ricky Ohler of Sallisaw; 4 uncles Joseph Vance, Jesse Meek both of Sallisaw, Richard and Linda Meek of Stilwell, Oklahoma, Brian and Lynsey Vance of Salina, Oklahoma, 13 cousins, several great aunts and uncles and a host of family and friends.He is preceded in death by his great papa James Laymon, great-grandpa Bill Woolf, uncle Clifton, great aunts Cathy Smith, Lori Ann Henderson, Agnes Ginn, Janice Laymon, Lisa Brooks; great-uncle James Henderson, Jr. Graveside services will be held on Thursday morning, September 7, 2017, at 10:00 am in the Box Cemetery, Vian, Oklahoma with Bro.
