Jim Dick Haggard, 68, passed this life Sunday, April 7, 2019 surrounded by family in his home in Nicut, Oklahoma. Jim was born March 25, 1951 to Jim Marshall Haggard and Margie Briley in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was retired from OK Foods where he worked in refrigerator maintenance. Jim is survived by his mother, Margie Vickers of Reno, NV; companion, Rebecca Haney; children, Marsha Eagle and husband Kee Kee, Amanda Arnold, Nikki Thibodeaux and Chris, Richard “Alex” Seabolt, all of Nicut, OK, Alivia Joyce-Ann Haggard and Afton Thomas Haney, both of Roland, OK; siblings, Linda Kooken and husband Lesteray of Oolagah, OK, Shannon Newell and husband Wade of Pearl, MS, Wayne Haggard, Reno, NV, Steve Haggard and wife Angie of Marble Hill, MO; grandchildren, Marshall, Wilkie “Chooch”, Ethan, CJ, Connor, Abigail, Avery, and Tanner.Jim was preceded in death by his father, a sister and an Aunt.Visitation for Mr. Haggard will be Wednesday, April 10, 2019 from 4-7pm in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel at Forever Memories Funeral Services, 463505 Hwy 101, Sallisaw, OK. Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 11, 2019 at 2pm in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel, Forever Memories Funeral Services. Brother Ed Baker and Sister Karla Martin will officiate the services. Interment will follow in the Seabolt Cemetery, Muldrow, OK. Pallbearers are Richard “Alex” Seabolt, Afton Haney, Marshall Haggard, Wesley Durham, Andrew Matthews and Chris Thibodeaux. The family of Mr. Haggard has entrusted the funeral arrangements to Forever Memories Funeral Services, Inc., Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
