Joseph Donald Taylor, 37, of Muldrow, Oklahoma passed away on January 11, 2023, in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Joseph was born to Edward Lee Taylor and Shelly Dawn Bennett on March 5, 1985, in Lindsay, California. He graduated from high school and completed his Oklahoma Miner Training. He continued to work in this industry off and on for over 10 years. He always came back to what he knew and was gifted at. He loved his two girls and being surrounded by his family. He enjoyed being outdoors and spent much of his time exploring nature, fishing, and knife throwing.

Joseph is preceded in death by his ex-wife, Adrianne Laneal Sisco, and his uncle, Billy Kish.

Joseph is survived by two children: Josie Marie Taylor and Jayney Nicole Sisco, of Fayetteville, Arkansas. Sister; Leanne Taylor of Clovis, California. Brothers Brandon Bennett and Michael Taylor; both from Lindsay, California. Mother; Shelly Dawn Bennett of Lindsay, California, and Father Edward Lee Taylor of Lindsay, California. Aunt Natasha Taylor of Lindsay California. Aunt Belinda Dressel of Goldendale, Washington. Uncle Harold Taylor.  Mother-in-Law Geneva Laneal Timmons of Muldrow, Oklahoma. Grandmother-in-Law Susie Nolan of Fayetteville, Arkansas. Many friends he made in the coal mines whom he loved dearly.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, January 27, 2023, at the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel at Forever Memories Funeral Services.

Services are under the direction of Forever Memories Funeral Services of Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
