Kelly Jeanne Mar

Kelly Jeanne Mar, of Vian, Oklahoma, passed away on September 14, 2026, at the age of 66. She was born on August 23, 1960, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Kelly will be remembered with respect and affection by those who knew her. Her life spanned more than six decades, beginning in Oklahoma City and concluding in Fort Smith, where she passed away.  Kelly first and foremost loved being a "Granny".  Kelly enjoyed art, painting and drawing, cooking and dancing, and being a dog mom to "Coby".  Kelly was a member of the Free Will Baptist Church in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. 

Kelly is survived by her husband, Bobby Mar; her daughter, Caitlyn McKinzie and Husband Robert McKinzie, Jacob Mar, Joey Mar and Maegan Mar; her mother, Florence LaRue Smythe (Hickey); her brother, Charles Riley Jr, Michael Riley; and her sister, Jennifer Ward; her grandchildren, Paige McKinzie, Bruce McKinzie, Benjamin, Josie, Addison and Anna Leese.

She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Lynn Riley Sr.

Her memory will remain with all who had the privilege of knowing her, and she will be deeply missed.

No services are planned and the family of Kelly has entrusted Forever Memories Funeral Services, 463505 Hwy 10, Sallisaw, Oklahoma with all arrangements.
