Larry Dale Morgan, 74, of Roland, OK, passed away on September 24, 2022, in Houston TX.
He was born on September 28, 1948, in Sallisaw, OK, to Roland Morgan and Nathalie Smith Morgan.
Larry was the owner of W.W. Grocery in the Long community for 37 years. He cared for his customers, employees, and friends at the store. He never hesitated to help someone in need and will be missed every day in the community.
Larry was also an avid golfer, enjoyed camping at the lake, and loved attending his weekly card game with life-long friends.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Morgan; daughter, Melissa Morgan, half-brother, Ron Morgan; 3 grandchildren, Kristina Qualls, Emily Morgan, Marissa Chronister, and 7 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his father, Roland Morgan; mother, Nathalie Morgan; son, Greg Morgan, and sister, Gwenlyn LaPoint.
A memorial service for Larry will be held on Wednesday, October 5 th , 2022, at 10 A.M at Akins Cemetery in Sallisaw, OK.
