Lisa Renay Gallagher, 47, a beloved wife, mother, sister, and grandmother, passed away on July 5, 2025, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Born on October 13, 1977, in Greenville, Kentucky, she was a radiant spirit whose funny, and bubbly personality touched everyone around her. She cherished her role as the protector of her family and was known as the peacemaker within her loved ones.

Lisa cultivated a love for life that was reflected in her numerous hobbies and interests. She had a profound passion for caring for her grandchildren, which brought her immense joy. Her love extended to all creatures great and small, as she was an avid animal lover who took in all strays. Lisa found pleasure in the simple joys of life, listening to early 1990's and 2000's country music—especially Keith Urban—while hanging out with her friend Dana Walters and enjoying her favorite 7 Brew drink, an iced Blondie with white chocolate drizzle.

Lisa was known for her fluffy, sweet pancakes, which required no syrup —a testament to her warm and caring nature in nurturing those around her.

She leaves behind her devoted husband, Johnny Gallagher, and her loving children, Breanna Pulliam, Taryn Gallagher, and Austen Gallagher. Lisa is also survived by her siblings: Kevin Dukes, Bonita Dukes, Melvin R. Dukes, and Terry Dukes. She will be fondly remembered by her mother-in-law, Cynthia Gallagher, and father-in-law, Frederick Gallagher, as well as her grandchildren: Brylee J. Masterson, Maddox Pulliam, and Emilio Delacerda. She is also survived by the following nieces and nephews: Haley, Kevin, and Clay Dukes, Cassandra, Chelsea, and Dakota Jones.

Lisa was preceded in death by her daughter, Angelica Fleming; her mother, Jane Chaney; her stepfather, Ray Chaney; and her biological father, Arvil Dukes. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Wayne Dukes, Edgar "Lee" Dukes, Marvin Dale Dukes, and Gary Dukes, as well as her brothers David Dukes and "Little Arvil" Dukes.
