Margaret June Rolston-Johnson

Margaret June Rolston-Johnson, 83, of Vian, OK, left us peacefully to join her Heavenly Father on May 14, 2025.

Margaret grew up in the Vian, OK, area. She became an X-ray technician and later worked as the X-ray administrator at Tahlequah Medical Center and Hospital for 28 years. She married Floyd Eldon Rolston on April 14, 1964. They started a family and had a wonderful life together for 34 1/2 years until his passing. She married Mason Dean Johnson on December 16, 2000, and had 24 blessed years together.

Margaret was a very caring wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be remembered for her compassionate and loving nature and the joy she brought to everyone.

She will be deeply missed, but her spirit will forever shine in our hearts.

Margaret is survived by her husband, Mason Johnson of the home, son Steve Rolston and wife Cindy of Gore, OK, sister Carrie Johnson and husband Rex of Vian, OK, sister Jerry Johnson of Vian, OK, brother Danny Smith and wife Leigh Ann of Vian, OK, sister Vicky Mayes of Vian, OK. Grandchildren: Holly Bronsert and husband Justin, Heidi Hamby and husband Jeremy, Haylee Robinson and husband Jake, Josh Rolston and wife Jessica, Jessica McBroom and husband Bryan, John Thompson, and great-grandchildren: Blakely and Rylynn Bronsert, Elias and Saige Hamby, Mayvis and Coraline Robinson, Aiden, Daxton, and Casen Rolston, Aspin and Claudine McBroom, Maverick Rolston, and Remington Thompson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Cleddes (Cat) and Lora Bell Smith, son Wayne Rolston, grandson Evan Rolston, and sisters Juanita Smith and Anna Lou Smith.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 18, 2025, from 2-4 pm in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel of Forever Memories Funeral Services at 463505 Hwy 101, Sallisaw, OK 74955.

Services will be held on Monday, May 19, 2025, at 2 pm in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel of Forever Memories Funeral Services at 463505 Hwy 101, Sallisaw, OK 74955.
