Michael David Allen

Michael David Allen, 47, was born February 5, 1979, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, to Michael Dewayne Allen & Denise Elaine Mathews. He was freed from his worldly burdens on April 11th, 2026, at 9:56 AM, peacefully, after fighting sickness for 27 years.

He leaves behind three sisters, Leslie William Evans, Mika Allen, & LeeAnn Thibodeaux Mathews; three nieces, Alex, Alissa, & Paige; three nephews, Noah, Zane, & Arthur; one great nephew Aubrin; three great nieces, Ainsley, Ada, and Elva; one dear friend, Ashley Sorrels, one dear cousin, Jeff Neighbors; among many others. He also leaves behind his companion, helper, and protector, Cedric & his rowdy girls, Smokey & Patches.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Cameron Mathews.

His service will be held in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel at Forever Memories Funeral Services in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, on Friday, April 17, 2026, at 12 pm. Michael will be laid to rest at Seabolt Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma.

Michael’s family has entrusted Forever Memories Funeral Services, 463505 Hwy 101, Sallisaw, Oklahoma, with all arrangements.
