Patricia Ann Hitzman, 70, passed this life January 25, 2018 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. She was born August 10, 1947 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Harold and Alvaretta Hitzman.She is survived by her children, Thomas and Alvaretta Brogan, William and Victoria Hitzman, Terrance and Tricia Kapaun; grandkids, Joshua and Nicole, Patrick and Mary, Christine, Jessica, Kimberly, William, Chevy, Hunter and Joseph; nine great-grandchildren and a host of other loving relatives and friends. She will be dearly missed by many.She was preceded in death by her parents; step-father, William Reese; brothers, Harold and James Hitzman; and son in law, Terrance Kapaun.Viewing will be Friday, February 2, 2018 from 10am-1pm in Sequoyah Memorial Chapel at Forever Memories Funeral Services, 463505 Hwy 101, Sallisaw, Oklahoma, followed by a luncheon at the Sallisaw Civic Center, 111 N.
