Paul W. Frazier, 45 of Sallisaw, passed away on Wed, May 5, 2021. He was born on Dec 30, 1975 in Hacienda Heights California to Titus and Brinda (Carson) Frazier. He is survived by 2 sons, Patrick Frazier and Taylor Sanders; 3 brothers, Anthony Frazier, Brandon Frazier, and Lynwood Hughes; as well as a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parent.Visitation for Paul will be Wed, May 12, 2021, from 4:00 -7:00pm in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel of Forever Memories Funeral Service, 463505 Hwy 101, Sallisaw.
