Phillip Earl Milligan, 72, passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2022, in Tulsa, OK.
He was born on June 7, 1949, to Ruby Jule Milligan and Irvin Milligan, in Vian, OK.
Phillip worked multiple construction-type trades throughout the years. He met Charlotte in 1974 when he was 24 years old. They married later that year and went on to raise 5 children together in Creek County and the youngest, Angel, in Leflore County, where they were currently living. He was a simple, caring, and loving family man.
Survivors include his wife, Charlotte Milligan; children, Brian Wilson, Darrell Milligan, Donald Milligan, Phillip Milligan, Clinton Milligan, Jessica Milligan, and Angel Milligan; siblings, Laquetta Mallet and Luther Fields; grandchildren, Courtney Milligan, Abigail Medrano, Jay Martinez, James Clark, and Michelle Clark; great-grandchildren, Korshawn Milligan and one on the way by Abigail.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ruby Jule and Irvin Milligan; siblings, Willford Lee Milligan, Ruby Don, George Milligan, Betty Milligan, Mary Lou Fields, Jimbo Fields, and Rema Fields.
A visitation for Phillip will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2022, from 4-8 PM in the chapel of Forever Memories Funeral Services in Sallisaw, OK.
A graveside service will follow on Friday, June 10, 2022, at 2 PM, at Drakestand Cemetery in Sallisaw, OK
