Sweet and precious Remington Dale Sullivan, born on May 29, 2024, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, and passed away on September 05, 2024, was a cherished and content baby boy. His parents, Matthew and Jessica Sullivan, provided him with a loving and nurturing home, where he was always surrounded by their love and care.
Remington is survived by his parents, Matthew and Jessica Sullivan; siblings Payton, Paxton, Presleigh, and Paislee Sullivan; grandparents Deanna and David Humphrey and Joanna and Leo Sullivan; and great-grandfather; Paul Brackett. Sr., aunts Ashley and Justin Taylor; and Lyssa Sullivan and uncles Dusty and Abigail Sullivan and Joshua Sullivan.
He is preceded in death by his great grandparents; Raleigh Olive, Lizzie Olive, and Mary Brown; his cousin, Baby Jaxlyn Sullivan, his uncle, Brett Sullivan, and his great aunt Lisa Collins.
A visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel of Forever Memories Funeral Services, INC, in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
The funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel of Forever Memories Funeral Services.
The final resting place will be the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Spiro, Oklahoma.
