Rosa Lee (Medearis) Brinlee, 62, passed away on September 10, 2022.
She was born on February 21, 1960, in El Paso, Texas, to Frances (Stokes) Medearis and Travis Medearis.
Rosa attended Greater New Bethel Baptist Church and was of the Christian faith. She was a loving daughter and sister.
Survivors include her mother, Frances Medearis; twin sister, Rose Marie (Medearis) Smith, sister, Colleen Medearis; brother, Timothy Medearis; baby sister, Jerri Lynn (Medearis) Barnes; two nephews, Christopher Barnes and Justin Medearis; two nieces, Whitney Medearis and Debra Medearis, and one aunt, Geraldine Stokes.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James Brinlee; aunts, Shirley Ann Jones, Patricia Carolyn West, Fhanniee Mae Stokes; uncle, Altorlee Stokes Jr., and a host of other close cousins and friends.
A visitation for Rosa will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, from 5-8 PM in the chapel of Forever Memories Funeral Services in Sallisaw, OK.
A funeral service will take place on Thursday, September 22, 2022, at 11 AM at the Sallisaw City Cemetery, with Rev. J.D. Jones officiating.
