Ruby Irene Skelton, 70, of Sallisaw passed away on Thursday, March 23, 2017 in Sallisaw. She was born on July 1, 1946 in Hartshorne, OK to Andrew and Martha Lillian Thompson.Ruby was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters; Doris Schneider and Louise Casey, 2 brothers; David Thompson and Johnny Thompson.Ruby is survived by her husband-Jimmy, her 3 children; Teresa Carter and husband Vernon, Tommy Mangrum and Patsy Collins and her husband Chris. Brothers & Sisters; Bud Thompson and his wife Linda, Roger Thompson and his wife Jane, Harold Thompson, Dorlene Odell, Linda Ritter and her husband Eugene. 5 grandchildren; Vernon Carter, Jr. and his wife Katherine, Travis Carter and his wife Courtney, Trey Carter and his wife Diamond, Lanie Hennessee and Phillip Hennessee and 11 Great Grandchildren.Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at Greenhill Cemetery of Cameron, OK with Bro. Tommy Noel officiating.
