Ruth Ann (Haney) Johnson, 56, of Vian, passed on Oct 22, 2018 in Fort Smith, AR. She was born on Jan 26, 1962 in Poteau, OK to Chester Harold and Cheryl Kay (Drake) Haney. Survivors include her husband, Ricky E Johnson of the home; 3 sons, Ricky “EJ” and his wife Christena Johnson, Aaron and his wife Samantha Johnson, and Bradly Johnson all of Vian; 2 grandchildren, Alyxis Johnson of Vian and Nathan Kidd of Clinton; 3 sisters, Connie Trescott of Sallisaw, Peggy Mason of Ozark, AR, LaDonna Hatfield of Stigler; 1 Brother, Eddie Haney of Stigler; 1 niece, Angela Davis of Ada; 3 nephews, Michael Hand Sr and his wife Rachelle of Sallisaw, Steven Hand of Sallisaw, Brad Hand and his wife Chelly of Stillwater; 2 great nieces and 3 great nephews she raised as grandchildren, Jamie Childress of Jay, Eddie Biggers of Sallisaw, Michael “Mikey” Hand Jr of Sallisaw, Tony Hand of Sallisaw, and Virgina Self of Kinta.She was preceded in death by her parents; 3 sons, Harold Dewayne Wilson, Eric Lowell Wilson, and Baby Robert Wilson. She will always be loved and missed but never forgotten.Visitation for Mrs. Johnson will be on Wed, Oct 24, 2018 from 4-7pm in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel of the Forever Memories Funeral Service, 463505 Hwy 101, Sallisaw. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, Oct 25, 2018 at 10:00 am in the First Missionary Baptist Church, Vian with Pastor Mack Jackson officiating. Interment will follow in the Old Bokoshe Cemetery, Bokoshe, OKFuneral arrangements are under the direction of the Forever Memories Funeral Service, Sallisaw.
