Shauna Irene Quinn, 47, of Gore, passed from this life August 15, 2018 in McAlester, Oklahoma. She was born November 20, 1970 in Muskogee, OK to Dale and Lilia Garrett of Gore, OK. Shauna attended Muskogee public schools and earned an associate degree from Eastern Oklahoma College in Wilburton, OK and was enrolled for the fall semester at East Central University in Ada, OK planning to obtain a bachelor’s degree. She is survived by her parents; three children, Amanda Miller of McAlester, OK, Bradley Miller of Duncan, OK, and Skyler Miller of Wilburton, OK; fiance’, Ed Simpson of McAlester, OK; sister, Michelle Butler and husband Randall of Hattiville, AR; three brothers, Jay Miller and wife Amy of Tulsa, OK; Jeffrey Garrett of Gore, OK, and Jeremy Garrett and wife Beri of Muskogee, OK; eight grandchildren; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a host of friends.Shauna was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Cecil and Melvina Garrett; maternal grandparents, J.C. and Louise Cason of Muskogee, Ok.; and one brother, Jamie Garrett of Perryville, AR.Visitation for Shauna will be Tuesday, August 21, 2018 from 4-7pm in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel at Forever Memories Funeral Services, Inc. in Sallisaw, OK. Funeral Services will be Wednesday August 22, 2018 at 10am in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel at Forever Memories Funeral Services, with Reverend James White officiating. Casket bearers are Jay Miller, Randall Butler, Jeffrey Garrett, Jay Campbell, Jeremy Garrett, Aubrey J. Garrett. The family of Shauna has entrusted the funeral arrangements to Forever Memories Funeral Services, Inc., 463505 Hwy 101, Sallisaw, OK.
