Sherry Paulette (Collins) Lee, 61, born on May 27, 1959 in Lawton, OK to John F. and Edith Collins, passed from this life on Dec 4, 2020 in Sallisaw. She was married to Rex Lee on June 2, 1979, having been married 42 years. She worked as a personal care aide for over 15 years. Sherry is survived by her husband Rex of the home; daughter, Tandi Smith of the home; son, Laramie Lee of Vian; two grandsons, Zarek Smith and Xander Smith of the home; brother, John Collins and his wife Debbie of Eufaula; three nephews, Cheyenne Collins and his wife Leah, Denver Collins and his wife Brooke, and Tucson Collins; one great nephew, two great nieces and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Edith Collins.Viewing for Sherry will be on Tuesday, Dec 8, 2020 from 4-7pm at Forever Memories Funeral Service, 463505 Hwy 101, Sallisaw. Graveside Services to be held on Wednesday, Dec 9, 2020 at 2:00 pm in the Box Cemetery, Vian, OK with Rev. Bob Jones officiating.Casket bearers will be Laramie Lee, Zarek Smith, John Collins, Cheyenne Collins, Denver Collins, and Tucson Collins.
