Timmy Lloyd Tucker, born on October 13, 1958, in La Puente, California, departed this life on September 7, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of warmth, laughter, and love that will be cherished by all who knew him.
Tim spent many fulfilling years as a truck driver, a profession that allowed him to explore the open roads while providing for his family. His true joys, however, were found in the tranquility of nature and the companionship of his loved ones. He cherished every moment spent fishing with his beloved wife, Mari, on the serene banks of the white river. They reveled in the simple pleasure of days spent at the lake, surrounded by the laughter of family and friends.
Tim was not only an avid fisherman; he was also known for his friendly spirit and welcoming nature. He found joy in visiting with his neighbors, sharing stories, and, when the mood struck, engaging in a spirited game of cornhole. Tim's infectious laughter and easy-going demeanor made any gathering feel like a celebration.
He leaves behind his devoted wife, Mari Tucker, who stood by him through thick and thin, his stepson, Mick Loveless, and wife, Shelby; sister, Robin Farmer and husband, Randy; brother, Bill Smith and wife Dianne; sisters, Sharlene Johnson and husband, Billy, Nancy Tew and her husband, Carl, and Christina Tucker-Pierce. Tim was also survived by his stepmother, Marlene Tucker, who supported him throughout his life. His grandchildren, Aydin, Mickey, Slayter Loveless, Christian McMahan, Bailee, and Allie Loveless, were the apples of his eye, and he took delight in watching them grow, believing in them and nurturing their dreams.
Tim is remembered with love by numerous nieces and nephews, friends, and coworkers whose lives were enriched by knowing him. He will be deeply missed, but his spirit will continue to live on in the stories told around family gatherings.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Peggy Tucker-Gustafson, his father, Zollen L. Tucker, Sr., and his brother, Zollen L. Tucker Jr.
Though Tim has departed, the imprint he left on the hearts of those who loved him will endure, reminding us of the simple joys of life, the importance of family, and the essence of friendship.
