Wayne David Keefer

Wayne David Keefer, of Muldrow, Oklahoma, was born May 15, 1956, in Whittier, California, and passed away on July 7, 2026, in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He was 70 years old.

Throughout his career, Wayne wore many hats and pursued his passions with unwavering commitment. For the last 15 years, he was a truck driver, prior to this, Wayne spent ten years as a carpet cleaner. Earlier in his career, Wayne also served as a sous chef, channeling his creativity and bringing joy to others through his cooking. Whether behind the wheel, in a customer’s home, or at the stove, he approached each day with a sense of purpose and a willingness to serve. Wayne married Betty Arlene (Briggs) on May 14, 2010 in Miami, Oklahoma.

Wayne David Keefer’s legacy is one of honest labor and subtle kindness. Though details about Wayne’s family and friends are not noted here, all who knew him will hold his memory in deep respect and affection.

Wayne is survived by his wife, Betty; son, David Keefer of Temple City, CA; sister, Terry Kremer; and brother, Danny Keefer.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth Keefer and Donna Arrowwood.
