William Dale Long

William Dale Long, 69, of Sallisaw, passed from this life on Thursday, August 30, 2018. He was born on March 1, 1949 in Fresno, CA to Elmer and Mayona Long, and had worked as a Truck Driver and a crane operator in the field of Construction. Viewing for Mr. Long will be Monday, Sept 10, 2018 in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel, at the Forever Memories Funeral Service, Sallisaw, from 4-7 pm. Graveside services will be on Tuesday, September 11, 2018, at 10:00 am in the Chuculate Cemetery, Stilwell, OK. The Reverend Richard Ferguson will officiate.Survivors include his Wife, Norma Long; three daughters, Krista Long of Bryant, AR, Tiffany Walden of Benton, AR, Mystie Edwards and husband William of Van Buren, AR; one son, David Long and wife Virginia of Winslow, AR; two stepsons, Robert Young and Michael Young; stepmother, Flora Long; one sister, Calara Haight; three brothers, Doyle Long, Leon Long, and Roney Long; one stepsister, Bonnie Hutchinson; three stepbrothers, Bill Anderson, Andy Anderson and Larry Anderson; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. William was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Brianne LongFuneral arrangements are under the direction of the Forever Memories Funeral Service, Sallisaw, OK.
